Adventure Starts Here!

Every week, more than 130 young people from across Romney Marsh take part in exciting adventures, learn new skills, make lifelong friendships and challenge themselves through Scouting.

With Scout Groups based in Dymchurch, Lydd and New Romney, we offer a fun, safe and inclusive programme for young people aged 4 to 18 years. From outdoor adventures and camping trips to creative activities, community projects and leadership opportunities, there's something for everyone. 

Each of our Groups has sections for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, with Lydd offering our first Squirrels section and a District Explorer group. We are helping young people develop confidence, resilience and valuable Skills for Life.

None of this would be possible without our incredible team of over 70 local volunteers. Whether you can lead activities, help behind the scenes, support fundraising, assist with administration or simply put the kettle on, there's a role for everyone and every contribution makes a difference.
